He has been involved with Gear Connection from the company’s beginnings in 1999, He has been an integral part of its monumental growth and success.

While managing the Production Services division of Gear Connection doesn’t allow for much time to “Push Faders” these days, He still enjoys the occasional opportunity to mix for some high profile names. In his time off Arik enjoys coaching his son’s youth baseball team and playing poker.

    Jason Rodriguez

Out of everyone on the team, Jason has spent the most time with the Gear Connection family.
