These live events are fast-paced, high pressure, and highly publicized and we know how to make them happen without a hitch. With our team on your side, all the aspects of your technical production will be professionally managed to make sure that the candidate's message is properly delivered.
Commencement ceremonies and new student convocations for educational
institutions. Easter sunrise services and conferences for religious institutions. Job fairs, fundraising banquets and galas for non-profit organizations. All of these are just another day at the office for Gear Connection, but they’re important one-time events for your organization, and they get all the care and concern they deserve from our professional staff.
We’ll do a walkthrough with you, coordinate with the venue’s staff and
management, build out all the staging, and supply the professionals who’ll run everything from the lights and sound to the rigging.
Then we’ll pack it all away and make it look like it never happened.
Gear Connection has been making companies look great at all types of functions, from conferences to sales meetings, corporate retreats to award ceremonies, and training sessions to team building events.
Whether in a hotel ballroom, a convention center or any other location, count on Gear Connection to provide everything you need for your corporate event to unfold seamlessly. We can supply just the gear or a complete integrated solution - it's up to you! From concept, to design, to execution, we can make it a turnkey event, where all you have to do is show up and we’ll take care of the rest.
