If you call our office line outside normal business hours, our Automated Call System will give you an option to contact a 24-hour on call emergency technician who can walk you through your equipment-related problem(s). This option is available exclusively to our customers. Your access code can be found on your receipt.
NOTE: If you have an emergency need for equipment while our offices are closed, you can contact our 24-hour tech support to see if it’s possible to open the shop for you. You will be charged a fee of $150 this service, which will be added to your rental bill.
